Delicious Burgers, Fries, Shakes and More!

The namesake Bingo Burger was launched during Pueblo’s Annual Chile & Frijole Festival in 2007. Chef/Owner Richard Warner set up a grill in front of his wife’s Hopscotch Bakery and grilled hundreds of burgers for folks hungry for something different. He capitalized on the unique flavor of the locally-grown and roasted Pueblo chile and mixed them right into the beef before grilling. BINGO! The Bingo Burger was born. These burgers proved to be so popular a brick and mortar shop opened its doors in 2010 in the heart of Pueblo’s Creative Corridor.

Burgers and fries cooked to order, creamy milkshakes and malts and icy, cold Colorado craft beers all served in a fun and funky atmosphere make Bingo Burger a winner with locals and out-of-towners alike.

— What is a Bingo Burger? —

Pueblo, CO, sits smack-dab in the middle of Colorado’s high desert. Its climate is perfect for growing the beloved Pueblo Chile. Long, hot days, an abundance of sunshine and cool nights result in a spicy, sweet and robust chile pepper. The Pueblo Chile, beloved by locals and gaining popularity nationwide, are what give the signature Bingo Burger its special quality…they’re mixed right in. BINGO!

— We Are Local & Support Local —

Bingo Burger is extremely proud of its connection to our local community. We go to great lengths to source our ingredients within a 100-mile range of our locations. And without hesitation we believe a strong connection to our local community also leads to a vibrant economy and a healthy population.

— We Believe in Health - For People, Economy & Environment

These days, the catchphrase ‘local’ gets thrown around a great deal and can lose its significance. But here at BIngo Burger, we still take ‘local’ very seriously. Over the years, we have found that being committed to buying and supporting local as much as possible  is rewarding in many ways. We know the farmers who grow our cattle and our potatoes. We know the bakers who bake our buns, the folks who spin our ice cream and the brewers who craft our beer. These relationships foster a healthy economy, a healthy community and a healthy, thriving restaurant. Local is the way to go!

Always use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients (we’re convinced that it’s worth it!)

Here are just a few of the breweries and distilleries we feature in our humble locations!

Teamwork makes the dream work

  • Richard Warner

Richard Warner, Bingo Burger’s Chef/Owner, is a native of Chicago but has called Colorado his home since 1999. Formally trained and a 1995 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Richard honed his craft in Chicago, Portland, Russia and at his own Steel City Diner in Pueblo, CO. He loves a fantastic burger paired with a Colorado craft beer almost as much as he loves his wife and business partner, Mary Oreskovich. When not over-seeing day-to-day operations at his two Bingo Burger locations, Richard can be found hiking on the gorgeous trails of COS or enjoying time in Pueblo with Mary and their two Shelties, Mac and Trixie.

  • Mary Oreskovich
    Owner / Baker

Mary Oreskovich, Pastry Chef and Owner of Hopscotch Bakery and Bingo Burger, is as ʻlocaʼl as it gets. Born and raised in Pueblo, CO, she is classically trained in baking and pastry yet light- hearted in her contemporary, quirky approach to the products she creates every day. She lives and creates by the motto that food should be fun and enjoyed in the company of others.

  • Jessica Wilson
    Manager - Pueblo

Jessica Wilson, General Manager, oversees operations at Bingo Burger-Pueblo. Jess, as she is fondly known, loves MOOSE and like her beloved Mr. Spock, always thinks logically and never loses her cool. She is a lover of animals, a former roller-derby doll and always leads by example. Bingo Burger-Pueblo is grateful for Jess’ strong work ethic, quirky sensibility and exemplary leadership.

  • Bobby Knox
    Kitchen Manager - Pueblo

Bobby Knox, Kitchen Manager of Bingo Burger-Pueblo, is known to always wear a smile, even under the most intense circumstances. He runs a tight ship in his kitchen and works extremely hard all while maintaining his goofy sense of humor much like his favorite actors, Jim Carrey and Chris Farley. Bobby loves dogs and the Denver Broncos and we love him!

  • Cazes Verbois
    Manager - Colorado Springs

Cazes Verbois, Manager, is a Cajun from Shreveport, LA. Bon Vivant, raconteur, and jack-of-all-trades, Cazes (pronounced 'KAZ') handles all facets of Bingo Burger technology, web services and craft beer partnerships. He is more fun to have around than a Mardi Gras parade and certainly keeps us all on our toes. Knowledgeable about all things Southern, Cazes brings charm, hospitality, and a love of good beer to the Bingo Burger table and we're delighted to have him on board.

  • Xavi Trammell
    Manager - Colorado Springs

Xavi Tramell, Manager, is a native Coloradan. She is crafty, creative, bouncy and full of sparkles. Xavi handily and confidently tackles any situation, any task and any challenge presented to her and does so with a quick wit and a smile. Bingo Burger COS is fortunate to have her on our team!

Just 2 Bites

After 2 bites my boyfriend said it was the best burger he'd had on 5 years. I wasn't sure if he was going to cry or his eyes roll back on his head. :). He had the boiler maker, I had the lamb with goat cheese. Yum-mie! Not fast food prices, we spent $34 on lunch but sooooo worth it. A great selection of Colorado craft beers and friendly cashier. B10! Your order is ready!

Good times

I've eaten at a lot of burger joints and this one is definitely in the top 3. Fries were great. Bacon was super thick and even a little chewy which is amazing. And the fountain drinks were great. I don't drink soda normally but I tried a sip of the root beer and it was awesome. The lemonade and iced tea was great too :)
